Google offers a full-time, 12-week paid Research Internship for PhD students in Computer Science or related fields in the United States. Interns work closely with engineers on AI, ML, NLP, and systems research at scale.

Participants will contribute to projects, present findings, and gain exposure to Google’s product ecosystem. Applicants must be enrolled in a US PhD program and available to work 12 weeks outside term time.

Qualifications

• PhD student enrolled in CS or related field.
• Penultimate academic year or returning to degree program.
• Experience as a researcher, incl. internships or lab work.
