Dow is seeking PhD scientists and engineers for its Early Career Program across R&D, Manufacturing & Engineering, ISC and IS functions in North America. You will tackle open-ended problems, drive initiatives with business impact, and advance intellectual capital by applying innovative technologies.

You will collaborate with Dow teams to develop technical skills and contribute to sustainability goals while starting your career in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Polymer Science, Computer Science, Mathematics/Statistics, Data Science or related discipline.
• Graduation date no later than November 2027.
• Eligible to comply with U.S. export control laws.
