Job summary

NVIDIA internship in Computer Architecture and Systems offers hands-on work designing and implementing GPU and CPU architecture ideas, operating systems, and AI/distributed systems. Actively pursuing a Ph.D. in CS/EE with publications is preferred; strong programming skills (C, C++, Python, CUDA) and excellent collaboration are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must be actively enrolled in a university pursuing a Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; anticipated graduation date must be indicated on resume/CV.
• Proficiency with C, C++, Python, CUDA.
• Strong background in research with publications.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement novel ideas in GPU and CPU architectures, systems architectures, operating systems, AI systems, and distributed systems.
• Collaborate with other team members, teams, and/or external researchers.
• Transfer research to product groups to enable new products or types of products; prototypes, patents, products, and/or publications.
