Qualifications

• PhD in quantitative field (Statistics, Applied Math, CS, Economics, or Computational Social Science).
• At least 1 year of experience in causal inference, machine learning, or experiment design.
• Proficiency in programming languages (SQL, Python, or R).
• Proficiency with big data tools such as SQL, Hive, Spark, or Airflow.
• Experience implementing production solutions is a plus.
• Experience with ML modeling.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to research and develop advanced analytics, causal inference, experiment design, and ML solutions.
• Conduct in-depth research to address complex data-related challenges.
• Work on projects that impact products, services, and business strategy.
• Apply findings to accelerate product innovations, including in-experience experiments and recommendations for users.
