Job summary

NVIDIA Research seeks PhD interns to advance high-performance, low-power circuits on the Circuits team in Santa Clara. You will explore novel circuit approaches, prototype systems, and collaborate across research and product groups to transfer technology to production.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing a PhD in Electrical Engineering, CS/Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience in power delivery research in one of: novel digital/analog control for fast transient response of power converters.
  • EMI analysis and mitigation techniques.
  • Strong knowledge of circuit design across PLLs, SerDes, high-speed signaling, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Explore circuit approaches to optimize processor computation, interconnect power.
  • Design and implement circuit approaches in prototype systems.
  • Collaborate with researchers and product teams across research and product roles.
  • Transfer technology to product groups.
