Summary

ATS is seeking full‑time Phased Array (PAUT) Technicians to support our Marietta, GA facility.

Responsibilities

• Perform PAUT examinations of materials following procedures, codes, and standards.
• Be familiar with the scope and limits of methods and provide on‑the‑job training and guidance to trainees.
• Collaborate with department managers and clients to define scope of work and priorities to meet customer expectations.
• Prepare written instructions and organize and report examination results.
• Work independently, support team members, and perform other job‑related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Documentation of education, training, and experience in PAUT or related NDT methods.
• Working knowledge of industrial environments and manufacturing processes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn and comply with company policies and procedures.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record; must pass drug screen.

Work Conditions

• Wear required safety equipment.
• Work from heights (scaffolding, ladders, elevated platforms, man‑baskets).
• Work in confined spaces (crawling, stooping, climbing).
• Operate in industrial environments and around operating equipment.
• Handle radiation and hazardous materials (cleaners, penetrants, film developing chemicals).
• Work shifts up to 12 hours per day, 7 days per week; extended travel required.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 100 pounds.
