Tata Consultancy Services Limited is seeking a PharmaSuite MES Lead to support a pharmaceutical Manufacturing Quality Execution System. The role oversees the PharmaSuite FTPS 11.0 platform, leading a global support team across sites.

You will manage incidents, changes, and releases while ensuring GMP compliance and continuous improvement. Responsibilities include coordinating onsite/offshore teams, governance meetings, and liaison with business and quality stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Rockwell PharmaSuite FTPS 11.0 expertise is required.
• Experience in manufacturing operations and PharmaSuite support.
• Strong incident, change, and release management skills.
• Knowledge of SQL databases and system integration in a GMP setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead PharmaSuite FTPS support activities across multiple sites.
• Coordinate onsite and offshore support teams.
• Drive service delivery excellence and adherence to SLAs and KPIs.
• Conduct governance meetings with customer stakeholders.
• Provide technical leadership to the support team.

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a PharmaSuite MES Lead to support a pharmaceutical manufacturing customer's Manufacturing Quality Execution System and Tickets program, which is a complex Next generation MES program . The Rockwell FTPS 11.0 Lead will be responsible for leading the PharmaSuite support and enhancement team across multiple pharmaceutical manufacturing sites. The role requires strong expertise in Rockwell PharmaSuite FTPS 11.0, pharmaceutical manufacturing operations, stakeholder management, incident and change management, and global support delivery. The individual will serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, manufacturing operations teams, quality teams, and technical support teams to ensure stable, compliant, and efficient operation of the PharmaSuite platform.

• Lead and manage PharmaSuite FTPS support activities across multiple manufacturing sites.
• Coordinate onsite and offshore support teams.

Salary Range: $115,000-$120,000 a year
