• Provide reception, data entry, adjudication, and product dispensing.
• Answer phone and triage inquiries; follow HIPAA guidelines.
• Handle cash register operations and tender transactions securely.
• Support health and wellness initiatives and community programs.
• Put away legend orders and Central Fill deliveries.
