Job summary

Hospital of University of Pennsylvania is seeking a Pharmacy Support Specialist (CPhT) to support our local healthcare team in Philadelphia. Two positions are available for 9:00 AM–5:30 PM and one position for 11:00 AM–7:30 PM, as part of a 13-week assignment starting 2026-10-26.

The role involves organizing the pharmacy warehouse, stocking supplies, assisting with prescription fulfillment, and coordinating with pharmacy staff.

Qualifications

Ability to receive and organize pharmacy supply pallets.
Strong organizational skills for maintaining pharmacy storage and warehouse areas.
Ability to ensure adequate supplies of non-medication items are on hand.
Experience with register functions and ringing out prescriptions.
Ability to elevate medication issues to appropriate pharmacy staff.
Completion of non-medication duties as assigned.
