Job summary

Amerita is seeking a Pharmacy Warehouse Coordinator to assist in packing and preparing equipment and supplies for distribution to patients. The role includes loading/unloading, stocking, and inventory management with a focus on accuracy and safety.

Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll help ensure timely deliveries, maintain records, and support back-up driving as needed. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent is preferred.
• Preferred warehousing or distribution inventory experience.
• Certified pharmacy technician licenses if required by state board.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record if driving is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn product codes.

Responsibilities

• Packages and prepares equipment and supplies prior to distribution.
• Fills orders by preparing supplies to be distributed to patients.
• Ensures delivery tickets, requisitions, purchase orders, and packing slips are accurate.
• Coordinates home medical equipment orders with pharmacist assistance.
• Coordinates patient deliveries.
• Stocks, stores and rotates warehouse equipment and supplies.
• Maintains lot numbers, expiration dates, and batch records.
• Monitors drug supply and pump inventory and levels.
• Keeps production area clean and orderly.
• Performs other related duties as directed.
