Job summary

Amerita, Inc is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to participate in packing and preparing equipment and supplies for distribution to patients. You will assist with loading/unloading, stocking, inventory, and maintaining a clean warehouse space, with occasional back-up driving as needed.

The shift is Monday–Friday 10:30am-7:00pm with benefits including medical, dental, vision, HSA/FSA, tuition discounts, 401(k), PTO, Shift Differential, DailyPay, and more. Prior warehouse experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent preferred.
• Warehousing or distribution inventory experience preferred.
• Pharmacy tech license if state board requires.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record if needed.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills and data entry.
• Ability to learn company product codes and terminology.
• Understanding of warehouse policies and procedures.
• Good analytical skills for inventory decisions.

Responsibilities

• Packages and prepares equipment and supplies for distribution.
• Fills orders by preparing supplies for patients.
• Ensures delivery tickets, requisitions and packaging slips are accurate.
• Coordinates home medical equipment orders with a pharmacist.
• Coordinates patient deliveries.
• Stocks, stores and rotates warehouse equipment and supplies.
• Maintains lot numbers, expiration dates and batch records.
• Monitors drug supply and pump inventory levels.
• Keeps a clean and orderly production space.
• Performs other duties as directed.
• No supervisory responsibilities.
