Qualifications

• Basic computer proficiency is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and package medications accurately for delivery.
• Resolve issues with mishandled, mislabeled, or misdelivered packages.
• Maintain delivery inventory and records.
• Keep a clean, organized workstation.
• Handle all deliveries prepared and packaged with care.
• Collect returned or damaged items from drivers and recertify packing.
• Document undelivered packages and follow up as needed.
• Contribute to a professional, respectful team environment.
• Support shift coverage and adapt delivery procedures as required.
