Qualifications

• Strong reliability, accuracy and professionalism; ability to work under supervision and as part of a team.

You will make a difference byexcellingin a complex, high impact dispensing role and positivelyimpactingthe lives of others. You will work alongside a team of talented individuals in aconcentratedteam effort and under the direct supervision of Lead Technicians and Pharmacy Supervisors. The ideal candidate willpossesshigh levelsof reliability, accuracy, professionalism, team orientation, andproblem-solvingskills. As aPacking/Shipping colleagueworking in the pharmacy, you willbe responsible forperforming the daily functions of packing and shipping prescription ordersin accordance withstandard operating procedures.

In this role,youmayalso be cross trained in other functions such asoperating automated packing machines, as well as automated and manual drug dispensing. Thismayalso include the loading of automated dispensing machines, validation, packaging, and delivery of prescription drug orders.

Schedule

Sunday: 2 pm to 12:30 am Monday through Wednesday: 3 pm to 1:30 am

Required Qualifications

• Must hold a current, unrestricted license with the Pennsylvania State Board of Pharmacy as a pharmacy technician or trainee on Day 1 of employment
• Regular and predictable attendance based on our policy
• The ability to work businessrequiredovertime (BROT) when needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in medical,fulfillment center,warehouseor healthcare environments
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team
• Schedule flexibility for testing support including early starts, latestaysand weekend support.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to remain upright on the feet, particularly for sustained periods of time.
• Moving about on foot toaccomplishtasks, particularly for moving from one work area to anotheror within the same work area.
• Ability tooccasionallylift/reach/twist/turn/bend/stoop/walk with up to 40lbsto move objects.
• The workeris required tohave close visual acuity to perform activitiessuch as:viewing a computer screen, reading, visual inspection involving small parts.
• The ability to concentrate on a task overa period of timewithout being distracted.
• Picking, pinching, typing or otherwise working primarily with fingers rather than whole hand or arm.
• Extending hand(s) and arm(s) in any direction.
• Bending body downward and forward by bending spine at the waist.
• Stooping to a considerable degree and requiring full use of the lower extremities and back muscles.
• Expressing or exchanging ideasby means ofspoken word; those activities where detailed or important spoken instructions must be conveyed accurately.
• Perceiving the nature of sounds at normal speaking levels with or without correction, and having the ability to receive detailed information through oral communication.

Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $17.00 - $28.46 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
