Job summary

Cigna Healthcare is seeking a Warehouse Representative – Express Scripts in Tempe, AZ. You will unpack, stock, and manage inventory, operate forklifts and pallet jacks, and enter data using scanners to support pharmacy operations.

Ideal candidates have 0–1 year of relevant experience, basic math, and strong communication skills. This role requires lifting up to 50 lbs and being on your feet for the shift, which runs 2:30pm–1:00am Monday through Thursday.

Qualifications

• 0–1 year relevant work experience preferred.
• Basic math, organization, computer, and communication skills.
• Ability to do repetitive bending, squatting, standing, walking, pushing, pulling and hand motions.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Must be on feet for entire shift and able to walk, bend and lift.

Responsibilities

• Unpack and evaluate incoming products safely for correct count and condition against purchase orders.
• Operate material handling equipment and hand tools to unload trucks and stock the warehouse/pharmacy.
• Enter data accurately and retrieve using computers and scanners (PDA).
• Ensure appropriate workflow for assigned area and support movement between locations.
• Maintain quality and accuracy throughout warehouse and stock locations.
• Assist in all assigned work areas and complete tasks thoroughly and timely.
• Serve as a resource to supervisor and back up team leads and members.
• Support productivity, quality, and safety by operating production equipment and mentoring team members.
