HealthCare Support Staffing, Inc. in Collierville, TN is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Warehouse Associate to join a rapidly growing healthcare organization dedicated to patient safety and quality care.

Responsibilities include receiving cold chain orders, restocking freezers, setting up coolers for pharmacist packing, breaking down pallets, and maintaining inventory accuracy across rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of shipping and receiving, mail processing, and/or general office/administrative experience
• Box truck experience

Responsibilities

• Receives orders of all cold chain supplies (large truck loads, pallet jacks).
• Restocks freezers and refrigerators with ice bricks and cooler packing materials.
• Sets up coolers and cold chain products for pharmacist packing and loading payloads.
• Breaks down pallets and places boxes in designated locations.

Pharmacy Warehouse Associate Daily Responsibilities

• Receives orders of all cold chain supplies - (Large truck loads and uses pallet jacks)
• Restocks freezers and refrigerator with Ice bricks and cooler packing materials
• Sets up all coolers and cold chain products for pharmacist packing - loading ice bricks into coolers, setting up payload boxes
• Break down pallets with boxes on and place in designated location

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of shipping and receiving, mail processing, and/or general office/administrative experience
• Box truck experience

Hours For This Pharmacy Warehouse Associate Position

Shift: Rotating schedule every other week:

• Week #1: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
• Week #2: 9:30 am - 6:00 pm
