Qualified candidates must be enrolled in RUCOP at the P2 level or higher, be in good academic and professional standing, and eligible for Federal Work-Study.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in RUCOP at the P2 level or higher.
• Eligible for the Federal Work-Study Program.
• Prior tutoring or peer-mentoring experience preferred.
• Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide academic support through tutoring (individual and small groups) up to 20 hours weekly.
• Assist students with course content and study strategies.
• Develop individualized tutoring plans aligned with Roseman’s educational model.
• Maintain a reliable schedule including afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
