Job summary

This full-time position offers a competitive pay range of $18.84 - $26.77 per hour, along with unique incentives for continued commitment. Candidates will work onsite to effectively support the care team and meet patient needs.

Qualifications

• Completion of a Pharmacy Technician Program or equivalent.
• Registration with NC Board of Pharmacy unless enrolled in PharmD.
• CPhT or ExCPT certification required unless enrolled in PharmD.

Responsibilities

• Assemble medication histories by consulting patients and records.
• Communicate patient needs to the service team.
• Coordinate the delivery of patient self-care items.
• Engage with patients to ensure their self-care needs are met.
