Responsibilities: Refill and maintain automated dispensing systems. Prepare orders and maintain inventory for the pharmacy department. Repackage bulk medications. Receive and store incoming supplies. Serve as liaison between pharmacy, patient and health professional by providing information as necessary. Requirements Licensure / Certification / Registration: One or more of the following required: In Training Pharmacy Tech obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Licensed Pharmacy Tech credentialed from the Indiana Board Of Pharmacy obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Pharmacy Intern obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. One or more of the following preferred: Licensed Pharmacy Tech credentialed from the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB). Pharmacy Tech credentialed from the National Healthcareer Association. Education: High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
