Village Fertility Pharmacy Group (“VFP”), now part of Freedom Fertility Pharmacy, supports patients on their journey to parenthood through efficient, compassionate customer service and expert clinical support. VFP is a private equity-sponsored network of fertility-focused specialty pharmacies dedicated to offering “best in class” service and education. With over 70 years of combined experience, VFP has a deep understanding of infertility treatments and the unique needs of infertility patients. Headquartered in Boston, MA, VFP has locations in MA, IL, AZ, and CA to serve the US fertility market.

This position is onsite at: 8425 N. 90th St. Ste 8; Scottsdale, AZ

The Pharmacy Fulfillment Technician, supervised by a pharmacist, ensures the correct and safe dispensing of prescription medications. Ideal candidates will have strong customer service, communication, problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail, flexibility, and a team-oriented attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

1. Pick medication orders
2. Pack and ship prescription orders
3. Complete patient prescription pickups
4. Perform other pharmacy tasks as needed to ensure accuracy and a positive patient experience

Requirements

1. Active AZ Pharmacy Technician License or Trainee License
2. CPhT License is a plus
3. At least 1 year of fulfillment pharmacy technician experience
4. Experience in specialty or mail order pharmacy is a plus
5. Strong customer service skills
6. Solid computer skills and ability to learn new systems
7. Availability to work Monday-Friday 8:30 am - 5 pm and one Saturday per month 9:30 am - 1:30 pm AZ time
8. If working remotely, internet must be broadband with at least 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload speeds
