PharMerica in Leesburg, VA is hiring a Pharmacy Technician Trainee to support a closed-door, non-retail pharmacy team. You will handle prescription fulfillment, medication preparation, inventory management, and documentation to ensure patient safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills and ability to operate software.

Responsibilities

• Prescription fulfillment with accuracy and in compliance with regulations.
• Medication preparation and compounding incl. sterile/non-sterile as applicable.
• Inventory and supply management including stocking and checking expirations.
• Order entry and accurate documentation for audits and regulation.
• Customer and facility support with clear communication and problem resolution.
