Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Pharmacist in dispensing medications and perform quality control tasks.
• Prepare prescriptions for delivery to patients.
• Enter patient and prescription data into pharmacy databases and verify eligibility.
• Communicate with patients regarding prescriptions and provide information as needed.
• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission standards and company policies.
• Maintain professional relationships with patients, families and care team.
• Complete mandatory training and maintain licensure credentials.
