Job summary

Cincinnati Children’s is launching an entry-level Pharmacy Technician Trainee Program at Burnet Campus in Cincinnati, OH. We are recruiting 8 trainees to begin November 9, 2026.

This full-time 40-hour/wk position offers pay of $17.50 per hour plus $1.50 shift diff and $1.00 weekend diff, plus benefits and PTO. The program provides ASHP/ACPE accredited training over ~3–4 months, progressing from online coursework to hands-on experiences in pharmacy.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Full-time commitment of rotating shifts for approximately 1.5 years (40 hours per week).

Responsibilities

• Participate in the Pharmacy Technician Trainee Program.
• Complete didactic coursework and simulations.
• Commit to one year of full-time work after program completion.
