The Pharmacy Technician Trainee is a temporary position for individuals hired into any pharmacy area without certification. Hired candidates must become certified within 6 months to continue employment and transition into a permanent role.

Responsibilities:
  • Stock and restock medications
  • Prepack medications
  • Triaging phone calls appropriately
  • Filling medication orders
  • Delivering medications to assigned areas
  • Rotating medication stock and checking for expired medications
Credentials:
  • Pharmacy Technician (Required)
  • Certification required within 6 months of hire
Education or Experience:
  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • Minimum of 6 months pharmacy experience
