Introduction
As a Pharmacy Technician Trainee, you will be under the supervision of the pharmacy department director, managers, preceptors, and program instructors. You will complete the Pharmacy Technician Training Program to qualify for the Board of Pharmacy registration and become a registered pharmacy technician. Responsibilities include processing, compounding, and preparing medications, filling drug requisitions, repackaging medications, conducting patient billing, restocking supplies, and assisting in medication delivery to patient care areas.
