Job summary

Leidos Australia is seeking a Cloud Operations Administrator to manage and optimise secure cloud platforms for critical environments. You will work with engineering, cyber security and customer stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable solutions and drive operational excellence.

Role requires proven cloud platform experience, scripting skills and familiarity with IaC/CI/CD. Australian citizenship with NV-2 clearance eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Experience with cloud networking, storage, compute and identity services.
• Experience managing production environments including monitoring, incident response and resolving complex technical issues.

Cloud Operations Administrator

As a senior technical practitioner, you'll ensure cloud services remain secure, reliable and available while working closely with engineering, cyber security and customer stakeholders to deliver secure and scalable solutions and drive operational excellence.

Role and Responsibilities

• Administer secure cloud platforms to maximise availability, performance and security.

What You'll Bring to Make an Impact

• Proven experience administering Azure, AWS or equivalent cloud platforms.
• Experience with cloud networking, storage, compute and identity services.
• Experience managing production environments including monitoring, incident response and resolving complex technical issues.
• Strong scripting experience i.e. PowerShell, Python or Bash.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform, ARM, CloudFormation and a working knowledge of DevOps or CI/CD tools and pipelines.

This role does require the successful applicant to be an Australian Citizen who holds an active NV-2 Security Clearance accompanied by the ability to be successful for a DISA/OSA.
