Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Two years of inpatient pharmacy technician experience OR two years of pharmacy technician experience in other settings.
  • Valid State of MI pharmacy technician licensure.
  • PC skills as needed to perform job functions.
  • Strong verbal/written communication skills.
  • Availability for on-call system support.
  • Ability to work designated shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Role Overview

As a Pharmacy Technician Specialist, you will coordinate and facilitate operations in key pharmacy areas, including automation, pharmaceutical waste management, regulatory readiness, and inventory control. Your work will directly support pharmacy, nursing, and multidisciplinary teams, ensuring seamless and efficient patient care. This role is critical to maintaining the integrity and efficiency of our pharmacy services.

  • At least two (2) years of experience as an inpatient pharmacy technician (for inpatient setting) OR two (2) years of experience as a pharmacy technician for all others.

Preferred Qualifications
