Bell Pharmacy Specialty Therapeutics, a Tampa Bay area retail pharmacy, is seeking a Pharmacy Technician for a new sales and outreach role. The position is primarily remote with occasional in-person work to meet prescribers and patients, promoting specialty services and facilitating onboarding.

Ideal candidates hold an active Pharmacy Technician license, have pharmacy knowledge, and are skilled in building relationships.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with prescribers, clinics, and healthcare facilities.
• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, office staff, and other healthcare professionals through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
• Promote Bell Pharmacy services, including specialty, compounding, and delivery offerings.
• Attend occasional in-person provider visits, community events, and pharmacy meetings as needed.
• Track leads, referrals, and outreach activity and report progress toward sales goals.
• Coordinate with pharmacy teams to support onboarding of new prescribers and patients.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state statutes, as well as Florida Board of Pharmacy regulations.

Job Overview
Bell Pharmacy Specialty Therapeutics is an independently owned and operated retail pharmacy with locations throughout the Tampa Bay area (www.bellspecialtypharmacy.com).

We are dedicated to nurturing both personal and professional development, empowering our team to deliver outstanding care to the communities we proudly serve. We are seeking a Pharmacy Technician to join our team in a new sales and outreach role. This position is primarily remote with occasional in-person work as needed, and is ideal for a technician with pharmacy knowledge who enjoys building relationships and growing the business.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with prescribers, clinics, and healthcare facilities.
• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, office staff, and other healthcare professionals through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
• Promote Bell Pharmacy services, including specialty, compounding, and delivery offerings.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation for occasional in-person visits.
• Licensed as a Pharmacy Technician
