Blink Health is hiring a Pharmacy Technician in Chesterfield, MO. The role focuses on entering prescriptions, communicating with providers, and resolving issues across departments. A Missouri license and relevant certification are required, with multiple shift options and comprehensive benefits.

The team supports a fast-growing healthcare tech platform that improves access to medications and patient outcomes. Onsite work is required at 400 South Woods Mill Rd.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months prior Pharmacy Technician or similar experience.
• PTCB or NHA certification required prior to joining.
• Active Missouri Pharmacy Technician license required or willing to obtain.
• Professional phone presence in a support/service capacity.
• Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn complex software.
• Competent in basic pharmacy calculations.

Responsibilities

• Process data entry of electronic, faxed, and verbal prescriptions per Blink protocols, focusing on complex entries.
• Serve as point of contact for provider communications, handling outbound and inbound calls.
• Accept inbound provider calls through warm transfers; patient calls not currently part of this role.
• Resolve open issues submitted by pharmacists, other technicians, and Incident Coordinator team.
• Perform tasks in a safe, compliant manner per policies and laws.
• Other duties as assigned in the Pharmacy Technician role.

Responsibilities:

• Process data entry of electronic, faxed, and verbal prescriptions per Blink protocols, with a focus on complex and higher-difficulty entries
• Serve as point of contact for provider/physician communications, handling both outbound and inbound calls
• Accepts inbound provider calls through warm transfers, ensuring call context is established prior to acceptance; patient calls are not currently part of this role, responsibilities are subject to change as business needs evolve
• Resolve open issues submitted by a variety of departments, including pharmacists, other technicians, and Incident Coordinator team
• Perform all tasks in a safe and compliant manner consistent with corporate policies and State and Federal laws
• Other duties as assigned in the Pharmacy Technician role

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months prior Pharmacy Technician, or similar industry experience required
• PTCB or NHA certification required prior to joining
• Licensure: Must hold an active Missouri Pharmacy Technician license or be willing to obtain and have it approved prior to start date.
• Professional phone presence in a support/service capacity
• Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn complex new software
• Competent in basic pharmacy calculations

Shifts: Available Shift Options:

• Rotational 40-hour per week shifts between 8 AM -7 PM CST(Monday- Friday)
• 10 AM - 6 PM CST(Monday - Friday)
• 11 AM - 7 PM CST(Monday - Friday)
• 12 pm - 8 pm CST (Monday - Friday)
• Saturday shifts rotate among the team (8 AM - 4 PM CST) you'll always know your schedule in advance.
