Job Summary
Under general supervision of a licensed pharmacist, performs clerical and technical tasks in the preparation, delivery, procurement and dispensing of pharmaceuticals within the hospital setting. Interacts with other healthcare providers and patient populations ranging from the neonate to elderly.

Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Valid registration as a Pharmacy Technician by the Maryland Board of Pharmacy.
- Prior hospital pharmacy technician experience is preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Ability to solve mathematical calculations required for dosage determinations.
- Knowledge of drug dosage, routes of administration, and mechanical or automated delivery systems.

Compensation
- Pay Range: $21.50 - $30.12 per hour.
- Shift differential.
