Biweekly Hours: 80.00

Shift: 10:45am-7:15p, rotating weekends

Summary

Under the supervision of a Pharmacist, performs duties in pharmaceutical care delivery to patients in ambulatory pharmacies, adhering to departmental standards including prescription turnaround times and medication accuracy. Upholds the mission, vision, values, and customer service standards of The MetroHealth System.

Qualifications

Required: High School Diploma or equivalent, 18+ years old with no felony convictions (per Ohio Revised Code 4729.42), registered as a Pharmacy Technician or Trainee with the Ohio State Board of Pharmacy, maintaining registration during employment. Willing to travel to satellite locations with reliable transportation. Effective interaction with diverse backgrounds.

Preferred: Certified Pharmacy Technician (PTCB or ExCPT), 6 months of retail or hospital ambulatory pharmacy experience.
