Accredo Specialty Pharmacy, a division of Evernorth Health Services and part of The Cigna Group, is hiring pharmacy technician associate representatives to process and ship medications for patients. This on-site role in Washington state offers daytime hours, a competitive hourly rate, and benefits starting day one.

You will handle prescription requests, select medications, verify quantities, prepare labels, and support pharmacy staff in a fast-paced production setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Active Pharmacy technician license in Washington.
• Pharmacy Technician experience.
• Basic math and computer skills (Microsoft Office).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Work Schedule:

The work schedule will be Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM with the schedule to change sometime in 2027. The new work schedule will be working Monday through Friday either 6 AM to 2:30 PM or 10:30 PM to 7 PM.

What you'll do:

• Process new and refill prescription requests.
• Select and retrieve appropriate medications.

• Send orders to pharmacy staff for completion and verification of prescription-based programs.
• Prepare packages for shipment.
• Clean equipment and refill workstation supplies.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED.
• Active Pharmacy technician license in the state of Washington.
• Pharmacy Technician experience.
• Basic math and computer skills in Microsoft Office.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate peak volume times.

Physical Requirements:

Frequently walk, sit and/or stand while performing duties.
Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs as needed.

Please note : This position is fully on-site and does not permit remote work. Any references to home-based internet requirements do not apply to this role.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an hourly rate of 18 - 27 USD / hourly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
