Join us as a Pharmacy Technician - PRN Weekends at Lifepoint Health

Located at TGH Rehabilitation Hospital, an 80-bed inpatient facility in downtown Tampa, operated jointly by Tampa General Hospital and Lifepoint Health. This role offers an opportunity to be a vital part of an interdisciplinary team providing high-quality inpatient rehabilitation services to patients with physical limitations.

Responsibilities include:
  • Delivering medications to medication rooms and nursing stations
  • Reviewing patient MARs and planning medication deliveries
  • Restocking medications and IVs returned to the pharmacy
  • Filing medication orders
  • Assisting with inventory and supply management
  • Preparing patient drug orders
  • Restocking automated medication dispensing machines
  • Communicating stock utilization and needs
  • Performing other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Registered pharmacy technician with the State Board of Pharmacy
  • Pharmacy Technician Certification as required by state regulations
