Job summary

Sinai Hospital, part of LifeBridge Health, in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Pharmacy Tech - PRN to support medication dispensing across hospital areas. The role involves delivering meds to nursing units and preparing injectables, unit doses, and IV admixtures, with diligent record keeping and teamwork based on hospital customer service standards.

The ideal candidate has Oncology tech experience (preferred), holds or is eligible for Maryland license, and possesses Pharmacy Tech Certification,

Qualifications

• Oncology pharmacy tech experience preferred.
• Maryland Pharmacy Technician license or eligibility to obtain Maryland license is required.
• Pharmacy Tech Certification required.

About the Role

The Pharmacy Tech - PRN at Sinai Hospital in Baltimore, MD performs a variety of activities to assist in dispensing medications throughout appropriate areas of the Hospital.

Responsibilities

Delivers medications to nursing units, prepares injectable medications, unit doses, IV admixtures, etc.; completes necessary record keeping and performs other duties as assigned. Works in partnership with other staff members and pro-actively identifies and provides for the customers' needs using the LifeBridge Health customer service standards as identified on each campus.

Qualifications

Oncology pharmacy tech experience preferred

Licensures & Certifications

Required: Pharmacy Technician License - Current Maryland license or eligibility to obtain Maryland license Pharm Tech Certification

Pay Range

$24.50 to $24.50
