Job summary

Valley Professionals Community Health Center is hiring a PRN Pharmacy Technician to support Clinton and Rockville locations. This role involves assisting pharmacists with prescription processing, data entry, labeling, filling, and packaging medications while traveling between sites as needed.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, an active pharmacy technician license (CPhT preferred), and retail pharmacy experience.

Qualifications

• Active state Pharmacy Technician license or registration required.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) preferred.
• Retail pharmacy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists pharmacists with prescription processing, including data entry, labeling, filling, and packaging medications.
• Addresses customer inquiries professionally and provides excellent service while referring clinical questions to the pharmacist.
• Operates cash register, processes payments, and maintains proper documentation.
• Manages inventory by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, monitoring expiration dates, and assisting with returns.

Valley Professionals Community Health Center is hiring a PRN Pharmacy Technician at our Clinton and Rockville locations. This person will travel between locations as needed.
