Job summary

The GIANT Company in West Chester, PA is looking for a Pharmacy Technician to fill prescriptions, assist customers, and support daily pharmacy operations at USA-PA-West Chester-698 Downingtown Pike.

The primary duties include processing prescriptions, verifying IDs, managing stock, and answering calls while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance within a team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must meet state required minimum age.
• Must be able to successfully complete background check and drug screening.
• Must be able to read, write, communicate, and understand to complete duties and safety regulations.
• Must complete 60-day probationary period.
• Must meet ergonomic and physical requirements and use equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Review work schedule at shift start and prepare required supplies.
• Move totes, unpack incoming supplies and stock shelves.
• Clean shelving, check inventory and expiration dates.
• Help customers and answer telephone calls.
• Verify identification of customers for products when required.
• Complete the prescription filling process, including data entry and dispensing.
