Qualifications

• Customer-focused and professional communication when assisting patients and handling inquiries
• Experience assisting with data entry, medication preparation, and order processing within regulatory limits
• Accuracy in prescription input, labeling, calculations, and record management
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining workflow and compliance standards
• Familiarity with prescription terminology, dosage forms, and product recognition
• Effective verbal and written communication, including phone interactions with patients and providers
• Following HIPAA requirements and federal/state pharmacy laws
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and fast-paced environments
• Comfort with standing for extended periods and repetitive tasks
