You will engage with patients, handle transactions, restock supplies, maintain records, and keep the workspace compliant with HIPAA and state/federal laws in a fast-paced environment. This role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and attention to detail, with varying shifts including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing skills for patient interactions and inquiries.
• Experience with data entry, medication preparation, and prescription processing within regulatory limits.
• High attention to input accuracy, labeling, calculations, and record management.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining workflow and compliance standards.
• Familiarity with prescription terminology, dosage forms, and product recognition.
• Clear verbal and written communication, including phone interactions with patients and providers.
• Knowledge of HIPAA requirements and federal/state pharmacy laws.
• Adaptability to changing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities
