Qualifications

• Customer-facing interaction accuracy and courtesy when assisting patients and responding to inquiries.
• Experience with data entry, prescription processing, and medication preparation within regulatory limits.

Responsibilities

• Assist with processing prescriptions and data entry under the supervision of a pharmacist.
• Prepare medications and ensure accurate labeling and packaging.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas and restock supplies per procedures.
• Interact with customers, answer questions, and direct clinical questions to the pharmacist.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and follow federal/state pharmacy laws.
