Qualifications

• Professional and courteous communication when assisting patients and handling inquiries.
• Experience assisting with data entry, medication preparation, and order processing within regulatory limits.
• Accuracy in prescription input, labeling, calculations, and record management.
• Managing multiple tasks while maintaining workflow and compliance standards.
• Familiarity with prescription terminology, dosage forms, and product recognition.
• Effective verbal and written communication, including phone interactions with patients and providers.
• Following HIPAA requirements and federal and state pharmacy laws.

• Comfort with standing for extended periods and completing repetitive tasks.
