• Assist the pharmacist, under supervision, in pharmacy practice in accordance with regulations and policies.
• Use pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug info, process prescriptions, and assist with pharmacy operations.
• Deliver excellent customer service and develop strong customer relationships.

Customer Experience

• Greet customers, offer assistance, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience.
• Share customer service best practices with team members.

Operations

• Assist in pharmacy tasks under supervision, including entering data, filling prescriptions, verifying medications, and supporting workflow.
• Report prescription errors immediately and adhere to quality policies.
• Handle sales, cash, and customer inquiries, and support inventory management.
• Assist in clinical services and maintain good relationships with healthcare providers.
• Ensure the pharmacy environment is clean, stocked, and orderly.

Training & Personal Development

• Earn and maintain PTCB certification through training and continuing education.
• Attend training and stay updated on healthcare developments.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (excluding Puerto Rico).
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications

• Six months of retail experience preferred.
• Prior Walgreens experience is a plus.
• Good math, computer, and inventory skills preferred.
• PTCB certification is advantageous.
