Responsibilities include:

• Assisting the pharmacist under supervision in pharmacy practice, in accordance with regulations and company policies.
• Using pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information, process prescriptions, and coaching other technicians if certified.
• Delivering excellent customer service and building relationships with valuable customers.

Operational duties include:

• Supporting pharmacy operations such as data entry, prescription filling, verifying medicines, and assisting with inventory management.
• Handling calls, processing claims, and supporting clinical services and community outreach.

Training & Development:

• Maintaining PTCB certification through our training program and continuing education.

Basic Qualifications:

• Fluency in English (except Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Six months of retail experience (preferred).
• Experience with Walgreens (preferred).
• Good math, computer skills, and knowledge of inventory control (preferred).
• PTCB certification (preferred).
