Responsibilities include:

• Assist pharmacists under supervision in accordance with regulations and company policies.
• Use pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information, process prescriptions, and support pharmacy operations.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.

Customer Experience

• Greet customers, offer assistance, and develop strong relationships.
• Share customer service best practices with team members.

Operations

• Support pharmacy activities such as entering data, filling prescriptions, verifying medications, and managing inventory.
• Report errors and adhere to dispensing policies.
• Handle cash register transactions and assist with clerical duties.

Training & Personal Development

• Earn and maintain PTCB certification.
• Attend training and acquire continuing education credits.
• Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Preferably have six months of retail experience and good math, computer, and inventory skills. PTCB certification is a plus.
