Responsibilities include:

• Assisting the pharmacist in the practice of pharmacy under supervision, in accordance with regulations and company policies.
• Using pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information, process prescriptions, and assist with pharmacy operations.
• Delivering a positive customer experience by engaging with customers and resolving issues.

Customer Experience

• Greeting customers, offering assistance, and developing relationships.
• Sharing customer service best practices with team members.

Operations

• Supporting pharmacy activities such as prescription filling, inventory management, and maintaining a neat environment.
• Reporting prescription errors and adhering to quality policies.

Training & Personal Development

• Obtaining and maintaining PTCB certification.
• Participating in training and continuing education to stay updated in healthcare and pharmacy practices.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in retail or prior Walgreens employment.
• Good math, computer, and inventory control skills.
• PTCB certification is preferred.
