Responsibilities include:

• Assist the pharmacist, under supervision, in practicing pharmacy according to state and federal regulations and company policies.
• Use pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions. For PTCB-certified technicians, assist and coach others in pharmacy system operations and cash register use.
• Deliver excellent customer service by greeting customers, resolving issues, and building relationships.

Additional duties:

• Support pharmacy operations, including data entry, prescription filling, verification, and inventory management.
• Handle administrative tasks like processing claims, managing sales, and supporting clinical services as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized pharmacy environment and adhere to all policies and procedures.

Training & Personal Development:

• Earn and maintain PTCB certification through our training program or state requirements.
• Attend training and continuing education to stay updated on healthcare and pharmacy developments.
• Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Preferred: Six months of retail experience, prior Walgreens experience, good math and computer skills, and PTCB certification.
