Responsibilities include:

• Assisting the pharmacist under supervision in pharmacy practice, following state and federal regulations.
• Using pharmacy systems for patient and drug info, processing prescriptions, and coaching other technicians if certified.
• Delivering excellent customer service and resolving issues to ensure a positive experience.

Customer Experience

• Greeting customers, offering assistance, and developing relationships with valuable clients.

Operations

• Supporting pharmacy operations, including entering data, filling prescriptions, verifying medications, and maintaining workflow.
• Reporting errors, adhering to dispensing policies, handling transactions, and supporting inventory management.
• Assisting with clinical services and maintaining good relationships with healthcare providers.

Training & Personal Development

• Maintaining PTCB certification, attending training, and staying updated on healthcare developments.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications

• Six months retail experience, prior Walgreens experience, good math and computer skills, knowledge of inventory control, and PTCB certification are preferred.
