Responsibilities include:

• Assisting pharmacists under supervision in pharmacy practice, complying with regulations and company policies.
• Using pharmacy systems to process prescriptions and manage patient and drug information; coaching others if certified.
• Delivering excellent customer service and resolving issues to ensure a positive experience.

Customer Experience

• Greeting customers, offering assistance, resolving issues, and developing relationships with valuable customers.

Operations

• Supporting pharmacy operations, including prescription filling, inventory management, and clerical duties, under supervision.

Training & Personal Development

• Maintaining PTCB certification, attending training, and acquiring continuing education credits.

Basic qualifications include fluency in English and willingness to work flexible hours. Preferred qualifications include prior retail experience, familiarity with Walgreens, good math and computer skills, and PTCB certification.
