Responsibilities include:

1. Assisting the pharmacist, under supervision, in pharmacy practice, complying with regulations and company policies.
2. Using pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug info, process prescriptions, and assist with pharmacy operations, including coaching if PTCB certified.
3. Delivering excellent customer service by greeting, assisting, resolving issues, and building relationships.
4. Supporting pharmacy operations such as prescription filling, verifying medications, handling cash, and clerical duties.
5. Participating in inventory management, clinical services, and maintaining a neat, stocked pharmacy environment.
6. Maintaining PTCB certification and continuing education as required.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English (except Puerto Rico).
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Preferred experience and skills:

• Six months retail experience preferred.
• Prior Walgreens experience preferred.
• Good math, computer, and inventory control skills preferred.
• PTCB certification preferred.
