Responsibilities

1. Assist the pharmacist, under direct supervision, in the practice of pharmacy in accordance with state and federal regulations, as well as company policies.
2. Use pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information, process prescriptions, and assist with pharmacy operations, including coaching other technicians if PTCB certified.
3. Deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience by engaging with customers, resolving issues, and building strong relationships.
4. Support pharmacy operations, including entering and verifying prescription data, maintaining workflow, handling cash and sales, and supporting inventory management.
5. Assist in clinical services, including collecting samples and supporting external healthcare providers.
6. Maintain a clean, organized pharmacy environment and ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.
7. Participate in ongoing training and maintain PTCB certification or relevant state certification.
8. Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and be fluent in English, except in Puerto Rico.
