• Assist the pharmacist under supervision, following state and federal regulations, and perform other pharmacy duties per company policies.
• Use pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information, process prescriptions, and assist with pharmacy operations, including coaching certified technicians.
• Deliver excellent customer service, engaging customers and resolving issues to ensure a positive experience.

Customer Experience

• Greet customers, offer assistance, and develop strong relationships, especially with valuable customers.

Operations

• Assist in pharmacy practices under pharmacist supervision, including data entry, prescription filling, and inventory management.
• Report prescription errors immediately and adhere to dispensing policies.
• Handle cash register activities, process third-party claims, and support clinical services as needed.
• Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized pharmacy environment.

Training & Personal Development

• Earn and maintain PTCB certification, attend training, and stay updated on healthcare developments.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (except Puerto Rico).
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications

• Six months retail experience, prior Walgreens experience, good math and computer skills, and PTCB certification are preferred.
