Responsibilities include:

• Assisting the pharmacist under supervision, in accordance with state and federal regulations, and performing other pharmacy duties per company policies.
• Using pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information, process prescriptions, and coaching other technicians if certified.
• Delivering a distinctive and delightful customer experience.

Customer Experience

• Greeting customers, offering assistance, resolving issues, and answering questions to ensure satisfaction.
• Sharing customer service best practices with team members.
• Developing strong relationships with valuable customers.

Operations

• Supporting pharmacy practices, entering data, filling prescriptions, verifying accuracy, and assisting with inventory management.
• Reporting prescription errors and adhering to quality policies.
• Handling sales transactions, assisting with clinical services, and maintaining a clean, organized pharmacy environment.

Training & Personal Development

• Maintaining PTCB certification through training and continuing education.
• Attending additional training to stay current in healthcare and pharmacy practices.

Minimum Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications

• Six months of retail experience (preferred).
• Prior Walgreens experience (preferred).
• Good math and computer skills, knowledge of inventory control, and PTCB certification (preferred).
